1.Product Description

1). This machine is specially designed for producing slot-alu insulating glass. It is composed of feeding section, washing-drying section, location section, assembling section, plate pressing section and shifting & tilting section.

2).Accomplishing the double glazings cleaning, alu-frame locating, auto-assembling, flat-pressing and smooth shifting out.

3). Centre press on plate press section can ensure excellent effect.

4). PLC control, frequency stepless speed control, imported electrical parts.

 5). Washing section for glass carrying is equipped with tension bridle device to fit requirement of high speed.

6).Features:

A. Washing part is with 3 pairs(6 pieces) washing brushes. Three pair of brushes is well known for its fine quality and durable in use. They can wash Low-E glass.

B. Automatically distinguish the coating side of coated glass and Low-E glass.

C. Adopt waterproof bearing without oil lubricant.

D. The washing body adopts stainless steel and anti-rusting materials.

E. The PLC and other electric elements adopt OMRON brand, import from Japan.

7).The overall structure of air knife, guiding wheel and running wheel of drying section are equipped with tension bridle device to ensure drying effect of thick or thin glass.

8).The machine can be upgraded according to users’ request.

9).We have models LB1600P,LB1800P,LB2200P,LB2500P, here the model LB1600P is the common model for the max.glass size is 2000*1600mm, if your glass ma.size is larger than the model LB1600P, you can choose other models according to your true glass size.
